Nothing much going on here so…cheese

I’m going to eat my oatmeal in a minute, it’s sort of sunny in New York. Will be joining a Canadian Zoom party for a darling cousin this evening.

So I found the following, from Harper’s Weekly Review, quite satisfying, since it demonstrates that despite everything, the world is going on with its signature events.

A competition in France evaluated which dairies made the stretchiest cheese.
