Yesterday, Jim Dwyer wrote about an angering incident that has incurred an upcoming righteous lawsuit against NYPD, i.e., the City of New York, filed by the NYCLU. It involves for the thousanth time a civil rights violation, based on a Catch 22 reading of a law that shouldn’t exist in the first place but does, only because of our post-disaster paranoid culture.
