Political computer hacking: can you sue?

A sharp, informative tidbit from a cyberlaw publication which, given the recent Russian hacks of the various Democratic committees and data bases, might suggest something to a lot of us. Question: would it be a class action lawsuit, and who would be sued? WikiLeaks? Russia?

So tantalizing. Let’s see if leading donors take up the cause.
