Preliminary investigation: More about Wikipedia

While talking about using the internet to search for/snoop on your enemy, I warned you about Wikipedia’s random attitude toward facts.

Today, on the exemplary prize-winning web site called PolitiFact—which rates statements made by politicians and pundits for accuracy—they quoted one of my political heartthrobs, Alan Grayson, thusly:

“According to Wikipedia, there are only five countries in the entire planet that are more unequal than the United States in the distribution of our wealth.”

They gave Grayson a top truth-o-meter rating. And this is what they said about Wikipedia: “Even Wikipedia can be right sometimes.”
