Seems that Wolfgang Puck, the famous restauranteur, is being sued by his staff:
“The celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck has been ripping off employees by grabbing their ttip money, court papers charge.” So sez the Daily News.
A bunch of his employees are seeking class action status. Puck, they charge, overworked them:
“…while bartenders Kristin Noriega and Oliver Gummert would work up to 70 hours a week, they never got paid time and a half for the hours — and they sometimes wouldn’t get paid at all for them, the suit says.”
P.S. His canned soups are good, though.
