Not even a $43,000 a month can get you peace and quiet in the Big Apple.
A filthy rich philanthropist says his life has become “noise hell” since moving into a 72nd -floor duplex in the Time Warner Center last year.
Sam Nappi, 55, says his upstairs neighbor has been doing ear-shattering renovation work on his 74th-floor duplex for almost two years, and he can’t take it anymore.
Nappi made an interesting point. “The Empire State Building was built from the ground up in 13 months.”
