Should the Mike Flynn case be dismissed just because Barr wants it to be?

Posted on September 11, 2020 by Naomi

Looking for a smidgeon of sanity today?

Here it is, re the Mike Flynn case now doing one of its weird turns in federal court. This is the preliminary statement from John Gleeson, the advisor to Judge Emmet Sullivan. It covers the essence of this case and what the judge should do about it.

It’s a short, easy read, free of legal linguistics and full of human indignation.

If you want a bit more, here’s Axios’s story which has a link to the full filing.
