16 Attorneys General Urge Court to Reject Ohio Clinic-Services Funding Restrictions

New York’s Eric Schneiderman and California’s Xavier Becerra are among 16 attorneys general signing onto an amicus curiae brief urging a federal appeals court to invalidate an Ohio law they say unconstitutionally inhibits health care providers from using public funds for abortions.

If this case gets to the Supreme Court with Gorsuch sitting on it, how do you think it will go? That’s a rhetorical question.
