The definition of defamation may someday have Trump’s name in it

Yesterday, I was asked whether Trump could be sued by Joe Scarborough and the family of Lori Klausutis  — and, if so, for what?

Today, the New York Times published an opinion piece from Peter Schuck, a law professor whose expertise makes it more than an opinion.

Mr. Schuck also addresses the position Jack Dorsey, Twitter’s CEO, is in, and referred to the Communications Decency Act of 1996. If I ever knew much about it, I’ve forgotten it since, so this (link ⇑) provided an informative read.
