The miserable federal government NEVER prosecutes big biz crimes?

I hope you all saw the news just released about how weakly, how badly Attorney General Eric Holder and the federal office he commands prosecute big business crimes:

I think I’ve pointed it out before that the investigation of huge businesses takes a lot of time. Much more time, it seems, that people have patience for. But here you go. If you haven’t had patience, have given up in disgust, this is a lesson in what happens when a good prosecutor pursues a case intelligently, thoroughly and without showmanship. (I’m talking to you, Rudy Giuliani.)

And this result is both criminal and civil. Hugely difficult and hugely successful.
