“What’s The Matter With Miami?”

Which is the title of Paul Krugman’s column in today‘s New York Times.

As always, after reading the piece I went to the readers’ comments to see how my fellow readers were reacting. The majority of them listed everything wrong with Florida — a long list, including its current politics; some of the critics had lived there at some point and knew what they were talking about.

A minority expressed defensiveness but not in a coherent sort of way.
