Given my own difficulties in serving the defendants in my lawsuit, I was amused to read this in the New York Law Journal.
It’s clear, though, that the judge said OK to serving this divorce action on Facebook only because all other avenues, so to speak, had been tried but had failed.
That is: don’t all you eager-to-be-divorcées rush onto Facebook to begin the process of dumping your mates.
