Ohio judge jails lawyer for wearing ‘BLM’ pin

Yes, he did. But no, he shouldn’t have.

Ohio judge Robert Milich gets himself cited in the growing narrative about lousy judges, whose prejudices against women and, especially, minority women glare as ominously as does the First Amendment-defying “In [g]od We Trust” sign behind the bench in courtrooms.

[Andrea Burton] was given a five-day jail sentence but has been released while an appeal is underway.
