“When will Cain sue for liabel?”

Oh dear. Somebody or bodies are determined to prove to themselves that it’s Herman Cain who will sue for defamation, not the women who accused him of sexual harassment, et cetera, and who were indeed defamed.

And that somebody has discovered that Herman’s last name is spelled “Cain,” not “Caine,” but is not sure of how to spell “libel.” Or maybe he’s conflationary: Is Cain liable for libel?

Or is it slander? Don’t Cain’s supporters understand the difference?
