Don’t food shop when hungry. Same if you’re a snail

This little item in yesterday’s Science Times section, “Too-Hungry Snails Can’t Avoid Making Bad Dinner Selections.”

I enjoyed it. I think you will, too. Unless you’re reading it while you’re food shopping. If so, it might make you grumpy.

And I do appreciate the Times did not publish this in today’s — Wednesday’s — edition, the special section of which is Food.
