I’ve advised using binders for compiling and organizing the papers for your lawsuit. Love binders, yeah, but here’s a teeny bit of advice, once again derived from my own experience:
Use only binders that open and lie flat. I’ve just been fighting with a jazzy-looking deep pink binder that doesn’t. Profit from my foolishness: buy for practicality, not looks.
