It’s not that we should feel pity for the status of the Russian military, but…from Harper’s Weekly Review:
It was reported that the Russian army has begun using microchips from home appliances to fix its tanks and other military hardware.
I’m sure this is only a rumor.
Anyhow, maybe the heading here should be, “How to adapt your artillery so it pops popcorn.”
