After you open a Twitter account, search on Twitter for your three federal government representatives, and hit the follow button for each. It’s a modest beginning and will take up very little of your time.

- Andy Slavitt. You’ll want to follow him if you’re concerned about health insurance. He was Obama’s Medicare, Medicaid and ACA expert. He follows everything on this subject and informs us all about the specific attacks and dangers.
- Jason Kander. One of my favorites, he was on track to win the Senate race in Missouri until dark money bought that seat for the GOP. I’ve been stewing over this ever since.
