To semi-quote Dubya, “This is some weird shit.”

Delivered to my email by Harper’s Weekly Review, probably using a humanoid to do it:

Astronomers announced that a four-carbon sugar typically found in raspberries was discovered in interstellar space; it was announced that a meteorite that crashed in New Jersey in 2024 contains “alien-world chemistry.”

Ukraine transported a machine-gun-toting robotic soldier to Russian-occupied territory via an amphibious drone. Two humanoids were wed in a public library in Moscow; a Western New York school district is set to introduce a humanoid teaching assistant to a classroom in the fall; and an Ohioan robocop was retired after failing to generate a single police report over the course of ten months.
